Registration Confirmation
Receipts are issued immediately upon registration when you are paying online by credit card. Please keep this information on file if you intend to claim CPD credits.
Registered participants will receive an automated Welcome email that will include a unique username and password. Once logged in, you are welcome to change your virtual attendee details, update your password and more.
Delegate Substitutions
If you are unable to attend the Conference after registering, you may send an alternate in your place. You must submit the person's name and contact information in writing.
If you are a Supply Chain Canada (SCC) member and your replacement is a non-member, the difference in corresponding fee must be paid. This offer does not apply to any discounted registrations.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received up to Friday May 9th, 2025 will receive a full refund less an administration fee of 10%. No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations after this date. All refund requests must be made in writing to the SCC National office.
SCC reserves the right to make changes to the program without notification. If the program is not held for any reason, SCC’s liability is limited to the registration fee.
