Supply Chain Canada names Martin Montanti as incoming President and Chief Executive Officer

Toronto, ON , October 03, 2022

Supply Chain Canada, the national association representing more than 7,500 professionals across the country and Canada’s supply chain sector at large, announced today that Martin Montanti has been named incoming President and Chief Executive Officer.

As an SCMP designation holder, a 2014 Supply Chain Management Association Fellowship Award recipient, and a member of the association since 1985, Martin Montanti brings a wealth of expertise and personal dedication to the National association as incoming President and Chief Executive Officer, effective October 24, 2022.

“I am confident that with our new leadership, we are turning a page and can move forward together in the best interests of our members and supply chain professionals from coast to coast” said Board Chair Mike Whelan “I am excited for what the future holds for Supply Chain Canada, and our association is thrilled to have Martin Montanti leading the way.”

Prior to joining Supply Chain Canada, Mr. Montanti has played a critical leadership role in several high-profile organizations, most recently serving as Assistant Deputy Minister for Procurement and Supply Chain in the Government of Manitoba, where he has dealt with many of the challenges that have grown out of the COVID-19 pandemic.
