Bill S-211: Are you and your organization ready?
Bill S-211, An Act to enact the Fighting Against Forced Labour and Child Labour in Supply Chains Act and to amend the Customs Tariff, takes effect on January 24, 2024. For entities and government institutions that meet the public reporting obligation, the first report must be filed on or before May 31, 2024.

Daniel Fabiano is a partner with the Fasken law firm. His practice focuses on public procurement and on privacy/information protection.
