Keynote Line-Up

The 2012 keynote line-up is designed to provide a broad learning experience.  We will start with John Tory, business leader and broadcaster.  Robert Martichenko will address the human side of Lean Logistics.  Chris Mathers has in depth material to help you assess your exposure to crime and terrorism.  As proud Canadians, we always enjoy hearing from the founders of logistics: the Canadian Forces.  Brigadier-General Charles Lamarre will share the story of bringing the troops - and all the material that supports them - home.

Greetings Mayor McCallion

Bob Ballantyne, President CITA The Supply Chain Canada (SCC) event is now in its fourth year as a joint project of SCL and CITA. The 2011 event drew a larger number of delegates and trade show visitors than ever before and three times as many exhibitors as in the previous year. This is the premier conference and trade show bringing together supply chain, logistics, and transportation practitioners from across the country. We look forward to bringing buyers and sellers together in another successful event in 2012.

Supply chain practice, freight transportation challenges, and government regulations are evolving rapidly. Supply Chain Canada will provide participants an opportunity to update their knowledge through the formal program, the exhibition and networking.

Bob Ballantyne
President, CITA

Bob Armstrong, President SCL CanadaIn today's business environment, designing next generation supply chains require attention to multiple dimensions. Issues such as configuring the right logistics network, engaging the right alliances and partnerships, developing a risk management plan and selecting appropriate production, inventory and distribution strategies need to be addressed. Increased supply chain globalization and complexity must to be managed effectively as end-to-end supply chain cost optimization is critical.

Supply Chain Canada offers delegates an unparalleled networking opportunity, while providing industry knowledge to meet the challenges of today's complex supply chain networks.

Bob Armstrong
President, SCL
